The advantage of the TruLaser Fiber is the ability to produce prototypes to production quickly with no extra cost or waiting for special tooling. The ability to go from CAD to cut is seamless and rapid. The Trumpf TruLaser 3030 has the capability to cut 5’x10’ sheets of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum to a maximum thickness of: Mild Steel1/2”, Stainless Steel1/2 ”, and Aluminum1/2”. The Trumpf fiber laser is also capable of cutting Brass, Copper, Titanium as well as a variety of materials that cannot be processed by conventional C02 lasers.
